Send Care Mail

Send some Care Mail! If you have a loved one in Baptist Hospital, you can now send them a personal e-mail message, and it will be promptly delivered to them during their hospital stay. Our Care Mail Service makes it fast and simple!

Here's how it works: To send a message to a patient, please send an e-mail to Guest.Relations@BaptistHospital.com. Be sure to include the patient's first and last name, along with Care Mail in the Subject line of the e-mail. Additional guidelines:

  • To deliver an e-mail message, the person must be a current inpatient (overnight stay patient) at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, TN.
  • You must know the patient's first and last name to complete a message. If we have more than one patient with the same name, we will e-mail you back to request other information.
  • Messages will be delivered Monday - Friday only and distributed to patients within 1 business day of when they are received.
  • Greetings sent online are similar to postcards sent through the U.S. mail in that the message is made public. Please keep in mind that your message is not private and secure.
  • If the patient has already gone home by the time the message is received, the message will not be forwarded to their home address.
